Flat Fee-Your house will be listed and exclusively
marketed by Frankfort Realty. Your cost $2,995 ($495
paid at listing and $2,500 at closing). Other companies
may show and sell your house (Those agents will
negotiate their fee with the buyer and it will be
added to the contract price). Your house will not
be listed in the MLS or the MLS web sites.
2. Flat
Fee Plus MLS - Same marketing as Flat Fee, plus
your house will be listed in the Frankfort and
Lexington Bluegrass Multiple Listing Service,
and their web sites. If sold by Frankfort Realty-
your cost $2,995 ($495 at listing and $2,500 at
closing). If sold by another broker an additional
fee of 2.5% of sales price will paid to the cooping
broker.
3. Paper
Work and Follow Through Only - You do the marketing
and agree to a deal with a buyer. Frankfort Realty
will meet with you and the buyer and prepare a
contract as
agreed and will follow through the transaction
to closing, including all inspections,
