FLAT RATE PLUS MLS - Your home will be advertised in the State-Journal every week, our color newsletter that is mailed or delivered to 200+ potential buyers weekly, our web site FrankfortRealty.net, the Lexington Bluegrass Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the LBAR.COM & REALTOR.COM web sites. Your cost $2,995 ($495 @ listing & $2,500 @ closing). If your home is sold by an other brokerage you will pay them an additional 2.5% of the sales price. 2. PAPER WORK & Follow Through Only -You do the marketing and agree to a deal with the buyer. I will meet with you & the buyer and prepare the contract and follow through to closing, including inspection, appraisal and weekly check on loan progress. Your cost $1,000 ($250 @ contract & $750 @ closing). 3. PERCENTAGE COMMISION - Marketing & service the same as option 1. Best for houses price under $100,000. Your cost 5% of sale price (6% for short sales)
